The Humber Lodge 250 is not the only Lodge to meet at Dagger Lane. Minerva Lodge 250 dates from
1738, and have enjoyed the longest occupancy in the building. (Minerva is the name of the Roman goddess of Wisdom - the equivalent of the Greek Athena. Her logo is silhouetted on the west wall of the Lodge Room.) Thesaurus Lodge 3891 dates from 1919, and moved to Dagger Lane only recently. (Thesaurus is the Latin word for "treasury".) The Hull Old Grammarians' Lodge 5129 dates from 1929 and at one time was only open to old boys and staff from Hull's oldest Grammar School, but the school has now closed but the Lodge continues. The Lodge of St Michael 7833 was consecrated in 1962 and had originally met in Sutton. St Michael is pictured on the
